Free Delivery on orders over £99

If your order is over £99 (ex VAT) then our standard UK mainland delivery is free of charge.

Low Flat Rate charge a low flat rate of £7.95 per delivery (UK Mainland, excludes Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland).

Super Fast Delivery

 All our orders are processed as soon as possible. Orders received no later than 13:00 in the UK are usually delivered next working day.

Delivery Timescale

The delivery time of your order depends on the product you have chosen. Our custom printed products take longer as they have to be made for you. Estimated delivery times are listed next to all our custom printed products when ordering online.

We aim to process and despatch orders placed before 1pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for standard delivery. Express delivery options will be displayed at checkout if avialable.

In the event that the product ordered is out of stock, the customer will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE ORDERS RECEIVED ON A FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY ON A SATURDAY, BUT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY. Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

Please make sure the correct delivery address is given to avoid any delays in receiving goods.

Can I collect my order from your premises?

We don’t currently offer collection from our premises but it's something we will hopefully be providing in the near future.

Delivery Charges to UK Mainland Destinations

We offer FREE standard delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £99 ex vat. Not including Scottish Highland and certain rural addresses. We aim to process and despatch orders placed before 2pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability). But please allow 2-3 days for standard delivery. Express delivery options will be displayed at checkout if available.

Delivery Charges to Other UK Destinations

Deliveries to Northern Island, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands will be subjected to a £29.50 + VAT delivery cost.

For offshore & Highlands postcodes, please contact us to check delivery cost before placing your order.

Deliveries by Couriers

Unless express delivery has been selected our standard courier deliveries will be made between 8.30am – 7pm.
All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order.
Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Do we deliver outside the UK?

We don’t currently, but are looking to export to European countries in the near future. When we do; delivery charges apply depending on location and size of order so please contact us here to put a customised quote together for you.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please check your tracking reference in the dispatch confirmation email or in "My order history" under "Tracking". You can then use this number to track your parcel on our delivery partner's website.

Returns Policy

UK Bank Holidays

Orders will not be processed during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

Receiving your goods

While every effort is made in packing your order, occasions will arise where a package may be damaged in transit therefore you should, at the time of delivery:

a. Inspect your consignment and satisfy yourself that the correct number of parcels have been received. Any shortfall or damages must be advised at time of delivery to the courier driver and to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We shall not be liable for any discrepancy in the number of goods or the condition or quality of such goods delivered if this procedure is not followed. You will be required to sign the correct number of parcels received from our courier company.

b. Inspect the entire consignment for visible damage prior to accepting it, and note any damage on the delivery POD (proof of delivery) before the delivery person leaves. By writing “unchecked” or “received but not as yet accepted” or any other terminology, will not be accepted.

c. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed damage.

d. Should any damage be discovered, retain the consignment carton and any inner packaging. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported within 7 days after delivery and after this stated time period, no claims for damage will be accepted.

e. Contact us immediately to inform us of any damage to goods. Please have your order number, consignment information and tracking number (if available) ready to assist us in this process.

Goods delivery handling responsibility

We recommend that you have sufficient and proper equipment and your own designated personnel to unload products/goods delivered to your premises as the delivery drivers are not obliged/required to help in unloading deliveries. In all cases, drivers will unload the vehicle to your premises kerbside/loading bay area

Delivery address and unsuccessful delivery:

a. In the event that you provide us with the wrong delivery address so that delivery cannot be performed, fail to provide sufficient information to allow delivery to be performed at the correct delivery address or the goods cannot be delivered to the correct delivery address through no fault of our own or as a result of a force majeure event: You will be liable for any redirection or redelivery costs incurred by us to redirect or redeliver the goods to the correct delivery address. We shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you to redirect or redeliver the goods to the correct delivery address.

b. Where the goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for storage and any associated costs such as insurance or preservation contingencies
