How can I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, you can request a new password link when trying to sign into your account. Type in the email that you are registered with, and confirm by selecting “Resend password”. Now we'll send you an email with a link allowing you to create a new password. If you don't receive our email, please make sure to check your spam folder as well.
Please note that receiving the email with your new password may take a few hours. To ensure that you receive the reset password email.

How can I track my order?
To track your order, please check your tracking reference in the dispatch confirmation email or in "My order history" under "Tracking". You can then use this number to track your parcel on our delivery partner's website.
