Make your mark with our 80 x 60mm personalised manual branding iron. Custom-made with your logo, initials or artwork, this stainless steel fire stamp creates a distinctive heat-branded impression on suitable materials without using ink.

Also known as a custom branding iron, hand branding stamp or burger branding iron, this versatile tool can be used on compatible wood, leather, cardboard, cork and other heat-resistant surfaces.

The 80 x 60mm rectangular branding area provides space for larger logos, personalised artwork and suitably sized text. It's an excellent option when you want your branding to stand out on handmade products, packaging or promotional items.

Each branding iron features a stainless steel branding head, a steel rod and a wooden handle. A table stand is also included.

Simply heat the branding head using a suitable butane or propane gas flame, then carefully apply it to your chosen surface. The heat produces a brown, fire-coloured impression. Always test on spare material first to establish the correct heat and contact time.

Our manual branding irons are designed for short production runs and occasional use. They are made in Britain and supplied with free artwork preparation and a digital proof before production.

Custom Branding for Wood, Leather and Packaging

Add a personalised finish to wooden crafts, leather accessories, suitable cardboard packaging, cork products and handmade goods. The 80 x 60mm branding head offers a larger rectangular format for appropriately sized logos and designs.

The finished appearance depends on the material, temperature and contact time. Test your design on a spare sample before branding finished products. Avoid heat branding plastics or coated materials unless their suitability has been confirmed, as heating can produce harmful fumes.

Food Branding Applications

Manual branding irons are also used to personalise suitable burger buns, bread and meat. This model has a stainless steel branding head, but food-contact suitability must be confirmed before using it directly on food.

How to Use Your Branding Iron

1. Check that your chosen material is suitable for heat branding.
2. Heat the branding head with a suitable butane or propane gas flame.
3. Test the impression on spare material to establish the required contact time.
4. Carefully apply the heated branding head to the surface.
5. Allow the branded item and the iron to cool safely before handling.
