As a small family run UK business, every order, message, and bit of encouragement means the world to us—you’ve helped keep our little team smiling, thriving, and fuelled by far too much tea.

This year has been full of highs, challenges, and moments we’ll carry with us. We also faced a deeply sad one, as we said goodbye to a treasured member of our PackGenie family who sadly passed away. They brought so much kindness, laughter, and spirit to our days, and we will miss them more than words can capture. Their memory will always be part of the work we do and the team we are.
